Coming from a long history of plastic industries and trading in chemical raw materials, EdafADD is the specialized division from Smash Trade for import and export that deals with 3D Printing solutions and additive manufacturing materials.

EdafADD division was launched in 2022 with a purpose of developing uses of the Industry 4.0 applications and especially the industrial uses of 3D Printing in Egypt with a strong focus on sustainable products, materials, and complete solutions, and through partnering with global key players in the field.

In 2023, EdafADD became the authorised distributor for BASF Forward AM in Egypt, presenting to the market a diversified range of practical and innovative materials for the 3D Printing industry. Their products range from filaments, powders, and resins to additives and coatings, all designed to improve the performance, reliability, and aesthetics of 3D printed objects.
